Zecon unit to sell land in Kuching

Zecon Bhd says its unit, Zalpoint Tanah Putih Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd to sell its land at Kwong Lee Bank Road in Kuching, Sarawak for RM22 million.

It told Bursa Malaysia that proceeds from the land sale would be used as working capital and repayment of debts at group level, within six months from the sale and purchase agreement.
