Casa Dal-Hanaa is a pioneer project by MTM Millennium Holdings Sdn Bhd, owned by Dato’ Sri Ir. Mohamad T.Al Ozeir and his wife Tengku Puteri Seri Lela Wangsa Tan Sri Hajjah Meriam BT Sultan Hj Ahmad Shah.

Consisting of 69 magnificent beach homes located in Cherating, Pahang Darul Makmur They have only just recently started selling, and their prices range from RM 590,000.00 for 1 bedroom apartment to RM 7,217,250.00 for a spacious 9623 square feet deluxe villa.

There are 4 villas and 3 apartments as mock up units to be completed by October 2010 which
are also for sale.
