Axis REIT gains as Q2 income climbs

Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), an Islamic office and industrial property trust, rose 1 per cent to RM2.09, set for its highest close since September 10, 2007.

The company said second-quarter net income gained 75 per cent from a year earlier to RM21.9 million.
