Gadang unit in land deal

GADANG Holdings Bhd said its indirect wholly-owned unit will buy a piece of land off Sungai Besi Highway in Kuala Lumpur for RM33 million.

It told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that its unit, Natural Domain Sdn Bhd, entered into a sales and purchase agreement with GSS Properties Sdn Bhd yesterday to buy the residential land measuring 49,377.47 sq m.
