Pulai Spring wins bid for China land

PETALING JAYA: Pulai Springs Bhd has been co-awarded the bid for a plot of development land located at Guandu District, Kunming by the Government of Kunming.

In its filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said it had been informed by its joint venture parties, together with another party, Yunnan Kang Ju Tian He Development Co Ltd, that they have been successfully awarded the said bid.

“But the details of the bid had yet to be finalised,” it said.
