Mah Sing sells tower for RM63m

PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Taiwanese investor Chen Ho-Yuan to sell en bloc a 7-storey retail and office building, Apex Tower, for RM63mil cash.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Mah Sing said the latest disposal raised its total locked-in sales to RM678mil, exceeding its full-year target of RM453mil.
