Please forgive the delay in getting back to you, Mr ong YC. I had been in hospital for 4 weeks and have only just returned yesterday from PD and KL.

Ownership of a unit is very simple and, for someone like me living in the UK, is simplicity itself. Everything is managed by the Legends Hotel Group. All you have to do is sit back and receive the guaranteed rental into your bank account – if you want a hassle free way of making money, this provides certainty, at reasonable levels of income.

The pictures just don’t do the place justice – it is gorgeous. To get up in the morning and have a dip in your own pool is spectacular. The downside, for some, might be that PD is very quiet. Although this is part of its attraction to some!

I have one B type unit available which I am considering selling. Currently leased back to the hotel group on the 8% guaranteed rental deal.
