Hap Seng confirms report on building buy

HAP Seng Consolidated Bhd (3034)confirmed a report by Business Times yesterday that it is interested to buy half of Menara Citibank.

According to its statement to Bursa Malaysia, the group said it has concluded preliminary talks.

Hap Seng is in the course of negotiating the substantive terms and conditions of the deal.
