AEON to buy land with shopping mall

AEON (CO) M Bhd has agreed to buy a 2.5ha plot of land, complete with a shopping centre, in Kuala Lumpur for RM107.2 million from Dwitasik Sdn Bhd.

The land is part of a 5.1ha land area entrusted by the Datuk Bandar of Kuala Lumpur to Dwitasik Sdn Bhd to develop into the township known as Bandar Sri Permaisuri.

AEON will pay RM27.2 million for the land and RM80 million for the building cost of the shopping centre.
