Olympia calls off joint development

OLYMPIA Industries Bhd said its proposed joint venture development through subsidiary companies with Stonehage Westcity Property Fund Ltd on 8.874 acres in Mont’ Kiara/Sri Hartamas has been terminated.

It told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that this was in view of the current market conditions and also because certain conditions of the proposed development were not fulfilled within the agreed time frame.
