Sunway to form JV in Singapore

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Sunway Developments Pte Ltd has entered into a joint-venture agreement with Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd and Hoi Hup JV Development Pte Ltd to set up a joint-venture company.

The new firm will operate under a public housing project in Singapore.
