SPK to complete phase I of Cahaya SPK by mid-2008

SHAH ALAM: Sharikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Bhd (SPK) is on track to complete the first phase of the Cahaya SPK development project by the middle of next year.

In a statement yesterday, SPK said it had completed the club house for Cahaya SPK and would be launching the Park Link Villas @ Precinct 3 on Sept 22 and 23.

The Park Link Villas @ Precinct 3 is a mixed development of just 92 units built on 10.42 acres of land and consists of two-storey link semi-detached units, semi-detached units and link bungalows.

Here, the company is offering 84 units of link semi-detached houses of 2,667 sq ft each, priced from RM520,000.

There are also six units of semi-detached houses of 2,969 sq ft priced from RM648,000 and two units of link bungalows of 2,684 sq ft each.
