Bina Puri lands RM25m Thai condo project

BANGKOK: Bina Puri (Thailand) Ltd, a unit of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, has made further inroads into Thailand with a joint-venture project to build three blocks of eight-storey condominiums valued at RM25.3 million.

It entered into an agreement with Areeya Property Plc with the setting up of Bina Puri-Transkon-Dimara JV to undertake the construction of the three blocks comprising 546 units with a total area of 24,241 square metres.

It said the contract agreement, signed in Bangkok on Aug 31, would include formwork, foundation piles, structural, mechanical and electrical works, as well as supply of material and equipment.
