Atrium REIT’s maiden payout

ATRIUM Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has declared its first distribution of 2 sen per unit based on its quarterly results ended June 30 2007. During the quarter, Atrium REIT recorded RM3.316 million in revenue and net profit of RM2.517 million.
