SP Setia to build houses in Bukit Tunku

KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd will soon unveil an “ultra-luxury” development at Bukit Tunku, which is one of the most prestigious addresses in the country.

The project, called Duta Grande, is located on 6.2 acres, which SP Setia bought from Tenaga Nasional Bhd for RM73.9mil.

The land was located five kilometres from the city centre and easily accessible via Jalan Bukit Tunku and Jalan Girdle, SP Setia said in a statement.

“With Duta Grande, we aim to set a new price benchmark for high-end homes in the city centre,” said group managing director Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin.
