MRCB teams up with CMY in KL Sentral project

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) and CMY Capital Sdn Bhd have formed a 40:60 joint venture to buy and develop a 94,769 sq ft land at Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

The gross development value project is estimated at over RM1bil and construction is due to start next year.

“KL Sentral has seen fantastic demand for its commercial and residential space. We believe that this proposed new project will add to the growth of the area,” MRCB group managing director Shahril Ridza Ridzuan said in a media release.

MRCB presently has an order book of RM1.8bil.
