PETALING JAYA: Bandar Raya Developments Bhd (BRDB) will open the doors to its latest integrated development, CapSquare, to the public in September.

Situated along Persiaran CapSquare and in the vicinity of the Asian Heritage Row, the project comprises a retail street with net floor space of 161,818 sq ft, and the first of two 36-storey upmarket condominium blocks with 170 exclusive units.

“CapSquare is all about bringing to life the energy of the KL city, offering a lifestyle you would expect to discover in only the most sophisticated and distinctive global cities,” said chief executive officer Datuk Jagan Sabapathy.

“Envisioned not only as a signature project for BRDB but also as a catalyst to the development of KL’s midtown area, the central location of CapSquare will make it one of KL’s most desirable addresses.

“This is very much in line with BRDB’s heritage of building communities that become addresses of the future,” he added.

One of the food and beverage tenants at CapSquare will be the Royal China group that will be opening three of their signature outlets. Royal China was first set up in 1992 with its flagship restaurant in Queensway, London.

Also opening at CapSquare will be an Arabian restaurant, a wine bar, a specialty dessert cafe and a string of other restaurants serving Hainanese, Thai and local cuisine.
