AmFirst REIT may acquire complex

AMFIRST real estate investment trust said its manager, Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, is going through the books of a RM250 million mid-range suburban commercial complex in the Klang valley. The property has an expected yield of around 8 per cent, it said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday. An announcement will be made once an agreement is signed, it said.
