New property launches

NEWLAKE Development Sdn Bhd plans to launch its RM120mil shop-office development, 10 Boulevard, in Kampung Kayu Ara in Petaling Jaya this month. To-date, the development is already 50% sold, a spokesperson told StarBiz. The project will consist of four blocks of six- to seven-strata stories.

It will have a unique design whereby the seventh floor holds only five units compared with 15 on other floors. The five units will open onto wide rooftop spaces that can be used for various purposes.

Launch of The 3rd Mile Square commercial development

TANJUNG Dikari Sdn Bhd has launched its RM40mil commercial hub, The 3rd Mile Square, in the upgraded neighbourhood of Old Klang Road in Kuala Lumpur.

The hub comprises 23 units of two-storey, four-storey and five-storey shop-offices. The 3rd Mile Square is strategically located, with easy access to several expressways including the Federal Highway, the North-South Expressway and the New Pantai Expressway.
