S P Setia makes RM47m profit

PROPERTY developer S P Setia Bhd recorded a net profit of RM46.7 million on revenue of RM255.2 million for the first quarter of financial year 2007. The group said profit and revenue were derived mainly from property developments in Setia Alam in Shah Alam, Duta Tropika in Sri Hartamas, Bukit Indah in Bandar Nusajaya, and Setia Indah and Setia Tropika in Johor.
